Counselor

Our elementary school guidance counselor, Mrs. Damico, plays a pivotal role in nurturing the emotional and academic well-being of young students. Mrs. Damico is a dedicated professional and is the point of contact for students facing personal challenges or seeking academic guidance. Mrs. Damico creates a safe and welcoming environment where children can freely express their thoughts and emotions. Mrs. Damico works closely with teachers and parents to identify and address students' unique needs. She provides essential support for those struggling with social issues, family problems and beyond. Mrs. Damico helps students to develop essential life skills, such as conflict resolution and decision- making. Mrs. Damico also spear heads our "Beautiful Me" program for 5th grade girls and the "Confident Kids" program for the 5th grade boys.
