PS 81Q was excited to welcome The NED Show, an engaging character education assembly that inspired students to believe in themselves and others. Through storytelling, humor, and impressive yo-yo tricks, the presenter taught students the meaning behind NED’s name — Never give up, Encourage others, and Do your best. The interactive performance helped our students understand the power of having a positive mindset and reminded them that learning takes effort and perseverance. The visit from The NED Show left our school community motivated to carry NED’s message throughout the year, fostering kindness, determination, and a “never give up” attitude in and out of the classroom.
